Join us at Satellite Lounge this June for an epic showcase of Aussie rock’n’roll as Disturbing the Peace band take on Vanda & Young’s collection of hits.
Vanda & Young were a songwriting/producing duo that consisted of Harry Vanda and George Young. Known as members of 1960s Australian rock group The
Easybeats and co-writing the international hit ‘Friday on My Mind’ they were also record producers for a number of other high profile bands over the years including Stevie Wright, John Paul Young, Rose Tattoo, The Angels and AC/DC. In 1988 they were inducted into the inaugural Hall of Fame.
