The Satellite Lounge welcomes to its stage CANYON. With debut self-titled album in hand you can expect signature four part harmonies, classic songs about deserts, forests, raging water, open highways and broken hearts. Cue Canyon for stunning acoustic-driven, silken harmony fueled music!

Canyon sings some of the greatest songs ever written also performing originals inspired by the period by artists such as America, Jackson Browne, Linda Ronstadt, The Band, Little Feat, Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, Seals & Crofts, Emmy Lou Harris, Doobie Brothers, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Joni Mitchell.

Canyon features the vocally formidable Peter Chapman and Louise Dempsey (yes, Paul’s sister), with Dion Hirini (Vika & Linda Bull, Etta James Show) and Bruce Packard (Coolgrass, Concordia Mandolin Orchestra). Canyon blends harmony with instruments including guitars, mandolin, basses, drum & percussion. Canyons audience is alive and in sync creating a potent mix combining elements, history and the weathering of musical storms!
